Multiple choice question

What is the difference between the title and meta title tags and when should they be used.

a. They are used by different search engines and web services and both should always be used.

b. They are redundant versions of the same tag. Only one should be used. They convey the title of the page to search engines. The text within the Title tag can be used by search engines as the title of the listing in search engine result pages.

c. Title tags are coupled to the H1 of the page, while the meta title is independently configurable. They should both always be used.

d. Google now automatically creates all search result titles and therefore title tags should no longer be used.
